Patrick McHugh - Chairman
Solicitor of 45 years standing and Business Law Specialist accredited by Law Society of NSW. Pro Bono Legal Advisor to NFPs over many years.


David Sinclair
Chartered Accountant for 36 years and providing professional services and advice to the aged care sector for 25 years. Works experience includes a number of secondments to commercial and NFP clients in various positions from management accountant, financial accountant up to CFO. Also provides education on behalf of aged care Peak Bodies in relation to aspects of financial management and governance.

Malcolm Angus
Entered the workforce as a Qantas Commercial Trainee and worked in Property, Cargo,Industrial Engineering, Marketing ,Human Resources, Airline Security and Corporate Training then seconded to Air Pacific as Training Manager. Moved to Executive  Management in Hospitality, Casinos and Clubs then became an Aged Care CEO before employment as a NSW Government Small Business Advisor. Currently on the Board of Fairhaven Services and a Firefighter with RFS. BA in Communications and Post Graduate Diploma in Adult Education. First Aid Certificate. Responsible Service of Alcohol Licence.


Lynne Rainford
Over 25 years experience in senior management. Operations Manager on large construction projects. CEO in the community sector including extensive restructuring. Three terms as an elected local government councillor.


David Morgan
Over 25 years experience in senior project and program management within the information technology space across government and private industries both in Australia, the UK and Ireland as well as a local business owner.


Jane Barry
Jane has over 20 years corporate experience working across the not-for-profit, government and private sectors. She practiced as a solicitor at two national law firms before moving into a senior executive role with a professional association. Jane brings to the Board a blend of legal, commercial and policy skills with a solid understanding of government and the not-for-profit sector. She is an experienced director and currently works for the Commonwealth government in a leadership role within the Health portfolio.
