The Leadership Team are passionate about providing quality person centred care ensuring the Evergreen Life Care facilities are highly successful in all Accreditation processes. The team are proud to be supported by an excellent team of skilled and professional staff and a Board of Directors.

Ted Coupe brings a wealth of knowledge to the role as Evergreen Life Care's Chief Executive Officer with over 30 years experience in the health and aged care industry. This experience has seen Ted work across both public, private and not-for-profit organisations at an executive level. Ted has held Chief Executive Officer positions at McCaughey Memorial Hospital in Urana, The Forrest Centre in Wagga Wagga and the Calvary Hospital in Wagga Wagga. One of the most notable roles was Ted's work at the Calvary Retirement Community where Ted led change to turn the organisation from a former government owned aged care facility to a viable not - for- profit aged care facility. 

 

 

 

Fiona Duckworth is the Sales and Marketing Manager. Fiona has been working in the Retirement and Aged Care sector for over 15 years. She has been involved in a variety of roles including Property Management, Sales and Operational roles. Fiona has a passion for resident satisfaction and is focused on the needs of residents and the pursuit of understanding the elements which contribute to customer satisfaction and the individual needs of residents in this ever changing environment.

 

Craig Adamson is the Finance and Business Manager. Craig brings extensive experience in all areas of accounting and management in a many industries, from hospitality, building, and manufacturing. Craig has over 12 years’ experience in the not-for profit sector in both accounting and management primarily in the Youth services and the disability sector of a nationwide provider. He also has experience in dealing associated Government funding bodies.

 

Deborah Carters, is the Facility Manager and has been in the Nursing and Health industry for over 36 years. She has established new services for the Department of Health and has worked in various positions in Management including Area Management and Special Projects Consultancy. Deborah has experience in all areas of general nursing, midwifery, counselling, alcohol and other drug studies and mental health. Deborah’s passion is Aged Care where she can utilise her vast array of skills and experience to the challenges that the Aged Care Sector brings, including her solid management skill.
