In Memoriam

You may choose to support your Evergreen Life Care Service by providing an in memoriam donation in lieu of flowers at the funeral of a loved one.
In Memoriam Donation
A gift to Evergreen Life Care in memory of a loved one is a wonderful way to remember someone, and at the same time help improve the lives if the sick, frail, elderly and marginalised people we care for every day. You can direct your gift to Evergreen Life Care or individual services that you would like to help, or to where it is most needed.
Upon receipt of your donation, we will notify the family of the person you have made your donation in memory of, to let them know about your gift. We only advise them that you have made a gift, not the amount of your donation. We will also send you a tax-deductible receipt in the mail.
